REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Lumosics Car Model, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order or you change your mind, please review the policy below.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, in its original packaging where reasonably possible, complete with all included accessories, display bases, parts, manuals, and other contents, and accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Please do not return products without first contacting us.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong model, color, or scale, or no longer want the product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for a seller-paid return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original Expedited Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, materially different from what you ordered, or missing important parts, contact us at lumosicscarmodel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video showing the product, packaging, and issue.

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, replacement parts, refund, or another appropriate solution.

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns may not be accepted for items that have been intentionally damaged, modified, disassembled, altered, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Customized or specially ordered products may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed order.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment provider to process and display the refund after it has been issued.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at lumosicscarmodel@gmail.com.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

Once an order has already been dispatched, it may need to be handled as a return instead.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different model, color, or scale, contact us at lumosicscarmodel@gmail.com.

Depending on availability, we may arrange an exchange or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Lumosics Car Model offers FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.

Standard Shipping is estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Expedited Shipping may be available at checkout with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Expedited Shipping fees, where applicable, are displayed before checkout and are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
