ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Free Standard Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days after dispatch.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping may be available at checkout for customers who need faster delivery.

Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Any applicable Expedited Shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, public holidays, or unusually high shipping volumes.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

You can also track your order through our Track Your Order page using your order number or tracking number.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or video of the product
- Photos of the shipping packaging where applicable

After reviewing the information, we may provide a replacement, refund, replacement parts, or another appropriate solution.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities.
